Finally was able to make the leap. 3080 installed (y)Hopefully will hold me over for the next couple years of DCS.
Was able to be patient - and find one for $510. Sure is nice getting smooth frames again - especially at Guam.

Negative. I am still using good ol' TrackIR for now. Nice running DCS on ultra tho!

Im running a 3080, I7cpu, DDR4 system with DCS in VR, with much tweaking, I've got it working very well and very happy with the results vs costs. The 3080 is an awesome GPU - Best bang for the buck IMO

Right on, that gives me some hope. I have been reluctant so far to dive into the new frontier of VR with DCS. But may have to start saving for that as my next upgrade
