31 - 54	Reserved for HSD lines (4 lines with up to 6 points in each)
56 - 70	Reserved for Pre-Planned Threats
71 - 80	Reserved for DL Markpoints
81 - 89	Open (Not used by default, but can be assigned as extra coordinates)
90 - 99	Open but primarily used for Weapon points
