CH-47F Development Report

We are pleased to share the latest development report on the DCS: CH-47F that focuses on completing the Digital Automatic Flight Control System (DAFCS) modes. This includes Position Hold and Translational Rate Command that enhance stability and reduce pilot workload. DCS: La-7 Release

We are excited to announce the release of the DCS: La-7, developed by OctopusG in partnership with Eagle Dynamics. This iconic WWII fighter arrives in DCS with a highly detailed 3D model and cockpit, accurate systems, and authentic flight performance. MiG-29A Dev Report

2026 Roadmap. Part 2.

In last week’s newsletter, we looked at what Eagle Dynamics will be working on in 2026 and beyond. We have a lot more in motion that will shape how you fly DCS over the coming years. Work on the new, free Su-25 is progressing, as well as completing both the Iraq and Afghanistan maps. We will also continue researching new technologies and features like 1st person walk-around mode, Combined Arms 2.0 features (like VR support), and research, design, and development of the F-15C and F-35A. The Pacific Theatre of Operations (PTO) will be a pillar of DCS, with player-controlled Hellcats and A6M5 Zeros. The outstanding C-130J takes flight in DCS

We’ve just hit a very special milestone with the release of the C-130J by Airplane Simulation Company for DCS. Since 1954, this workhorse has been the backbone of Western tactical airlift operations. Designed as a go-anywhere transporter, the Herc has served in over 70 air forces and seen operations in numerous major conflicts such as Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan. The J model, was introduced in the 1990s, and delivered with a latest generation glass cockpit with Heads Up Display, new power plant and props offering massively improved performance and range, and generally enhanced capabilities.
