Career Firefighter (Engine Lieutenant) / Paramedic for the City of Abilene, TX Fire Department since 2011. Served in the United States Army from 1998-2006, serving a tour in Iraq during OIF III in 2005.
Primarily a SIGNAL grunt, I also served as the NCOIC of the TOC during nighttime operations during the deployment. ETS'd in 2006, married my wife in November of that year, and we are celebrating 19 years this year. No kids, but I do have two dogs. My hobbies revolve around anything military related (movies, modelling, gaming, etc.) I also recently wrote and released my first full-length novel, a western tale about a family on the Oregon Trail in 1843.
